May I change my reservation?

You can change the hotel reservation but only up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If number of nights remain, there is no extra charge but if you cancel nights, there is a fee of 10 EUR.

How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your hotel room up to 48 hours prior to arrival without a penalty, only 10 EUR fee will be charged. If you cancel your room within 48 hours prior to arrival, one night fee will be charged.

Will I be debited in USD (US Dollars), EUR (Euros) or HUF (Hungarian Forints) ? Please clarify!

All bookings will be charged in HUF (Hungarian Forints) based on the EUR (Euro) price.

Are my credit details secure in your site?

Yes, our site is encripted by a secure sever, certified by THAWTE.

When will I get a confirmation?

If you choosed an "available" hotel, confirmation will be sent to you inmediatelly after debiting your credit card. If you selected an "on-request" hotel, it will be confirmed in 24 hours during laboral days as soon as we get your room confirmed by the hotel.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes we do. You can process your group reservations directly with our group department, they will provide you the best prices available. Group minimum size is 10 people. Please contact us!

Can I get special discounts?

Our prices are discounted, all specials are displeyed in the site. We can only offer discounts for groups of 10 or more guests.

How can your prices be cheaper?

We have a high volume of clients in our selected hotels. We use the new technology to shorten our costs and internet to be competitive.

Can I make reservations by phone?

We only accept reservations, cancellations or amendments in written form. You must send us an e-mail and it will be confirmed also in written form.

What kind of credit cards do you accept?

We accept all mayor credit cards, Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, American Express and JCB.

What can I do if I do not have a credit card?

We require a credit card to confirm a reservation. If you can not provide it through our secure server, please contact our costumer service.

When will you debit my credit card?

Hotels and services are charged upon confirmation. After the debit is made we will inmediatelly send you a confrmation and a voucher attached. Your reservation is guaranteed.

Can I make a reservation through a hotel?

The prices shown in our site are only valid using our site to book the rooms, prices are available only through our service. If you make a reservation at the hotel you will probably charged 10% to 30% more.

Are your prices cheaper than other on-line booking sites?

We are a comapany based in Budapest, Hungary so we have a large number of clients in our hotels, therefore we have competitive prices of course.

Is breakfast included, and what kind of it?

Breakfast is included in all our hotel prices. Breakfast is buffet style except where other kind of breakfast is confirmed. (in some 1* or 2* hotels). However breakfast is not included in private flat prices.

Are taxes included in the room prices?

Yes, all local tourist taxes and V.A.T. is included, so the price we confirm you is the amount to be charged in your credit card. No hidden fees.

Are prices displayed per room or per person?

Hotel prices are shown per room. Prices are including all local taxes and breakfast.
