Galyatető

Galyatető is part of Mátraszentimre, this is one of Hungary's most pleasant places for an excursion. In the winter it offers excellent opportunities for both skiing and sledging.

It has a very healthy climate with beneficial effects particularly for those suffering from anaemia, catarrhal respiratory complaints and thyroid conditions.

In the main tourist season, the number of visitors grows considerably and Galyatető practically transforms into a holiday village. Besides the beauty of the landscape, several events attract people here in the main season.
