Biatorbágy

The natural beauty of the area around the village attracts many hikers. The spectacular rock shapes of Nyakaskő on the rocky stretch on western edge of the Tétény-Sóskút plateau (the medieval Torbágy Forest), the Iharos forest, and the angling lake are of particular interest.

In 1931 the settlement became infamous when Szilveszter Matuska blew up the railway viaduct.
