Szeged assists visitors with print and online resources

The city of Szeged, southeastern Hungary, has put touchscreen terminals into operation for the convenience of visitors, offering detailed information on local sights and attractions, hotels, restaurants, museums, galleries and a variety of cultural, leisure and sports activities in English, Hungarian and Romanian. Travelers can also glean visitor information on smaller towns and villages in the region. Meanwhile, Szeged and its Romanian sister city Timişoara have jointly published a tourist map of both cities, with descriptions of the major sights in English as well as in Hungarian and Romanian.
