  • 80g smoked bacon
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 500g peeled and quartered tomatoes
  • 1kg green peppers cut into rings or strips
  • 4 sausages or frankfurters
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
Slice the bacon into thin strips. Fry until the fat runs, then add the slice onion and fry until it becomes transparent. Sprinkle with paprika and add the tomatoes and peppers. Add salt to taste, steam for 10 minutes under a lid and then braise gently without a lid until tender. Slice the sausages or frankfurters and add.
