2006-05-11 07:59

On May 9 the opening flight of Ryanair's new London-Fly Balaton route arrived to Sármellék.

Tomasz Kulakowski, Central-European marketing and sales manager of the low cost carrier was satisfied with the initial results and said that already 10.000 tickets -one quarter of the passenger number predicted for this year - were sold and the route operates with a load factor of 70%.

He also pointed out that the ratio of English and Hungarian passengers for the route is 50-50%.
